Mobile:

• After logging in, the ID Verification pop-up will notify you of the request on your account. To continue the process, click "I agree".

• Ensure you have a valid ID available, and once you're ready to verify, please select the "Lets go!" button.

• Use your device's camera to scan your ID.

• After uploading your ID, you'll also be asked to take a quick verification selfie. Simply center your face within the circle on-screen, and the scan will automatically complete once verified. 
   

• The verification process has been completed!

Desktop:

• Ensure you have a valid ID document accessible such as a Driver’s License or Passport. You may continue the process by scanning the QR code with your phone, sending a link to your phone via SMS or continuing with the current device.

*Camera and microphone access will need to be enabled on the browser you use to complete the following prompts. 

*It is recommended to complete the verification process on the mobile app or by using the mobile options of SMS or QR code.

*When using the SMS option, phone numbers should be manually entered. Auto fill will sometimes cause brackets to appear around the area code as shown (856) and the next button will not be clickable with these present.
